Returns and refunds

Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and reports of damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. That policy explains eligibility, deadlines, documentation, restocking fees and available remedies.

After your refund is approved and processed, please allow 2–5 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.

Age verification

You must meet the applicable legal age requirements for the products you purchase and the location where they are sold or delivered. Age verification is required for age-restricted products. Parental permission does not waive these requirements. We may decline or cancel an order if age verification cannot be completed.

Coupon codes and sales

Only one coupon code is applicable per order. If you have an issue with a coupon code, please contact us for assistance. Previous sale prices cannot be honored after a sale ends.

Payment

You may select from the payment options available at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
