Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. We offer free ground shipping for orders of $75 or more (orders must be in an area we're able to deliver to.)
Delivery is available for all orders (no minimum spend) in Texas and Louisiana. Each delivery order has an $8 delivery fee and fulfilled via STAT Overnight Delivery.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Cedar Park, Texas or Georgetown, Texas location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within two hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Shipping is available to most states within the United States. Due to unfavorable hemp laws, we cannot ship to Cannot ship to Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Nebraska, Nevada, or Utah. Currently we do not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
FedEx and UPS are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If you'd like your shipment delivered to a P.O. box please select USPS shipping at checkout. Pinnacle Essentials is not liable for any returned orders due to incorrect shipping selection.
