Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policies:
Any open product cannot be returned. There are absolutely no exchanges, returns or refunds
Thank you for choosing Pinnacle Essentials. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our products and their usage, we have specific guidelines in place for returns.

- We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items once the manufacturer seal is broken:
- Topicals (including creams, balms, lotions, and salves)
- Tinctures
- Flower
- Pre-rolls
- Vape Disposables
- Vape Carts
- Edibles
- Drinks
- Pet Products
- Closeout or Clearance items
- Non-Returnable Items
- Once the package is opened and the manufacturer’s seal is broken, we cannot process returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, taste, or dissatisfaction with effects.
- All sales are final for clearance or closeout items.
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Pinnacle Essentials within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
- This includes manufacturer defects, damages, product malfunction, or issues during initial delivery.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns based on taste, effect, or general dissatisfaction.
- Unopened Products
- Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 7 days, we do not accept unopened products for refund or exchange.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective products (as described in section 3).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll work with you to provide a suitable replacement.

For Pinnacle-Essentials.com Orders
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
If the carrier service has lost your package, consider submitting a Missing Mail search request online at USPS Missing Mail or file a claim for insured items meeting the appropriate time frame. You can also visit your local post office for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.
Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders
Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Pinnacle Essentials, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
Coupon Codes & Sales
Only one coupon code is applicable per order. If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order.
If you have missed a sale, we unfortunately cannot honor previous sale prices once they have passed. Keep an eye out for future specials and flash sales by signing up for our email updates and following us on social media!

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.
When will I receive my refund?
Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. After approval for a return, please allow 2-5 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
